Due to inventory conditions, all products are shipped from China or Japan, with priority given to shipping from the customer’s location whenever possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout.

Estimated dispatch time may vary by product category. 

Delays during transit may occur beyond our control, but we are committed to resolving any issues.

For specific delivery time requests, please contact us before placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your timeline within operational limits.

 

Customs & Duties

International orders shipped to overseas regions may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for parcels returned due to unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

For customers whose delivery destination in the U.S., duty-free de minimis treatment for products with country of origin from China is not reinstated.
