Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please make sure to double-check the product details — including style, size, color, quantity, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.
2. Product Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect item was sent due to our error, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching clear photos of the issue. We will verify the situation and get back to you with a solution.
3. Product Characteristics
The following situations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

4. Shipping & Delivery Delays
